The California Technology, Trade and Commerce Agency and Small Business Administration provide loan guarantees to assist small businesses currently engaged or preparing to engage in international trade, as well as small businesses adversely affected by competition from imports. The Palmdale Foreign Trade Zone office provides technical assistance and access to financing for qualified businesses.
